A passionate businessman, James has been the managing director (MD) of THL Recruitment since 2009. He also serves as the MD of THL Training Group, Trade Labour Hire pty ltd. Hospitality Recruitment Services.

In 2000, James Marroun established Introbuild Constructions. Since then, the company has proven its position in Australia’s building industry, providing “end-to-end service while building high-quality projects from the ground up!”

In his 20+ years of experience managing large-scale businesses, James trained, nurtured, and built several dedicated teams to customer needs. His teams never fail to deliver upon the three pillars of 'service first led' client interaction- quality assurance, commitment to excellence, and personalised services.

Volunteer Work and Allegiance to Social Cause

James has worked relentlessly to give back to society through his constant involvement in providing for the less fortunate. He has volunteered for Ronald McDonald House Charities Greater Western Sydney in programmes like 'Meals from the Heart.

'Meals from the Heart' provided an opportunity for James and his team at THL Recruitment to cook meals for at-risk unfortunate families and children. Instilling a sense of social responsibility, James and his team were able to give back to society.

Cooking meals together as a team also proved to be a great team-building exercise. James and his team have always been keen on charity, thus, showing appreciation to society and its members.

James was also a part of the Children’s Cancer Institute’s ‘CEO Dare to Cure’ events held in 2020 and 2022. He helped raise $5000 for cancer research for two children battling leukaemia and the chances of possible relapse.
